Arjun Neervannan (Captain)
Arjun, sophomore at University High School was one of the founding members of the team in our 2012 FLL Season. Over the last 6 years in robotics, he has been promoted as the team captain, and is heavily involved in the robot design, procurements, and team management. He is interested in machine learning and also enjoys running and swimming.
Albert Lin (Vice Captain)
Albert is a junior at University High School. He joined Charging Champions in 2016 for the team’s first experience in competing in FRC due to interest in robotics and mechanical designing. He works primarily on build and programming. He represented University High School in the Chemistry Olympiad exam hosted by ACS, and is in the USACO silver division.
Jason is a senior at Northwood High School. He joined the team during the 2016-2017 FRC Season, and has lead the build team through all aspects of constructing the robot. Outside of the team, he enjoys woodworking, experimenting with Computer-Aided-Design, Arduino and other technology projects.
Rithik is a senior at University High School and has been on the team for 3 years now. Since the beginning he has been a lead for the engineering notebook while also helping out with designing and building different robot subsections in order to fit a piece in to the larger puzzle that is making a working robot.
Alex, a senior at Northwood High School joined the Charging Champions in the 2016-2017 FRC seaon. He works on the electrical and programming subsections of the robot and takes pleasure in occasionally dabbling in mechanical affairs.
Anish is a senior at University High School. He was one of the founding members of the FLL team in 2012 and have been on the team for 6 years. During the last two years, as the team captain, he has worked extensively on design, mechanical, and programming teams to collaboratively bring ideas into functional robots and helped bring FIRST programs to local schools through our outreach program. In his free time, he enjoys biking and playing the violin..
Ganesh, a senior at University High School. He has been on the team since the FLL days. He has taken a more active role in fundraising this year, in addition to working on the electronics of the robot.
Rudraksha is a senior at Northwood High School. He has been on the team for two years doing mainly CAD, although he has been working in other areas as well. He joined the team because of his love for engineering and wanted to be around people who also love engineering. He enjoys poking/hanging out with people and playing video games.
Aaron is junior at University High School. He joined the team in 2017 and works on CAD and build. He is enrolled in a Principles of Engineering class at Uni, where he builds small scale robots.
David is a junior at University High School. He has been on the team for 2 years now, and works with the build team. Additionally he is in charge of coordinating the team’s Engineering Notebook in which we document our achievements and goals for each meeting. His hobbies include listening to and performing classical music.
Yiming is a sophomore at University High School. He joined the team for the 2016-17 FRC season, he has worked on build, community ourreach and fundraising. Currently he is part of the build team. Enjoys playing video games, socializing with my friends, and inciting laughter in others.
Aryan is a sophomore at Woodbridge High School. He joined the Charging Champions in 2016 and works primarily with the fundraising team on procuring sponsors and partners in our community, both on a local and a corporate level.
Jaimin is a sophomore at University High School. He joined the team for the 2017-2018 season, and works extensively on the fundraising team and the community outreach team; making marketing material and pitching to local businesses, as well as coordinating with local schools and businesses to bring STEM to the community. Aside from my time with the Charging Champions. He enjoys playing jazz and rock music in his band.
Jingwen is a sophomore at University High School. She joined the team for the 2017-2018 season and primarily works with the build team on the robot and the practice field elements. She participates in the University High School Orchestra program, and is an active volunteer with OC Coder from Math for Service.
Jamie, a sophomore at Woodbridge High School joined the team for the FRC 2017-18 season. She actively works with the build team to construct field elements and robot parts. She enjoys spending time with friends. .
Euan, a sophomore at University High School joined the team for the 2017-18 FRC season. He works on the build team and provides assistance in other areas as needed to efficiently complete tasks. He enjoys playing video games.
Parva, a freshman at Northwood High School joined the team during the 2017-18 season. He is part of the build team and performs a variety of tasks: working with the build team to finish the robot in a timely manner. He plays water polo for Northwood.
Krish, a freshman at Northwood High School joined the team during the 2017-18 season and has been an active member of the build team; working on the robot and other field elements. He plays tennis for Northwood’s team am a part of their Choir program
Jun, senior at University High School works with the outreach and fundraising team in contacting with local schools and businesses. He also enjoys working on build/design. In his free time, he reads about the stock markets and listens to good music..
Sophie, a freshman at University High School joined the team for the 2017-18 FRC season. She is part of the build team. She enjoys playing the flute and is part of the school band.
